VASSOS MARATHEFTIS

BIOGRAPHY:

Vassos Maratheftis was born in Cyprus, 1950. He graduated from South West London College in 1982 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK. He is an approved auditor by the Cyprus authorities and runs his own accounting and auditing practice in Cyprus. For many years he worked in the Welcome Foundation, Baroid Petroleum Inc., Cyprus Popular Bank, Kreditna Banka, Inkombank and Societe Generale in various positions in finance and compliance. He has considerable experience in banking, accounting, auditing and taxation & is well-known in Cyprus mainly in banking and accounting circles.
