MAXIM STEPANOV

BIOGRAPHY:

Maxim Stepanov graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the USSR MFA in 1991. Through 1991 - 1997 he worked in different positions for the MFA of USSR, MFA of Russia, General Consulate & Embassy of Russia in Panama.

Starting from 1997 he is the director of the legal-consulting company “Midland” having its offices in Panama, Cyprus, Latvia, Ukraine & Russia.
