BIOGRAPHY:

Oscar Augusto Cedeno Villareal, born in 1966 in Panama, graduated from the Law School of the Santa Maria La Antigua University in 1992. Since 1993 he works as a Lawyer. In different periods he represented the interests of Daewoo Electronics, Korea Exchange Bank, worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama. Since 2003 till present time he is a partner in a Law firm “Midland Counselors” in Panama.
