BIOGRAPHY:

YU Kwai Man (Ida) is the Associate Members of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS). Ida obtained an Bachelor of Business (Business and Administration) with Specialization in Marketing from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in 2005 and a Master Degree of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2008. Ida has experienced in working with different leading International professional firms, handling the KYC, company secretarial matters and ensuing statutory compliance for all clients' companies in different jurisdictions.
